Capital Mobilisation

CAPITAL MOBILISATION

1. BVDIF is allowed to mobilise capital from domestic and foreign individual and organisations by accepting deposits, receiving loans and grants, and issuing bonds. Capital mobilised shall be invested in Province’s priority projects through direct investment, investment loans and capital contribution for enterprise establishment.
2. Capital mobilisation shall follow the basis that full repayment of interest and principal upon due must be made and the capital mobilised must be used effectively for socio-economic infrastructure development projects of the province.
3. BVDIF is allowed to mobilise medium and long-term funds from domestic and foreign individual and organisations of all economic sectors. BVDIF is not allowed to mobilise capital from short-term sources.
4. Capital mobilisation for the provincial budget shall be complied with current regulations of the Government, the Ministry of Finance, and the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.
5. Deposits from domestic and foreign individuals and organisations shall be mobilised through capital mobilisation contract, loan agreement or purchase agreement of the Fund’s bond.
